1 cup of chickpeas - soaked and dried
2 cups of green soybeans
1 tsp of salt
1 cup of fresh coriander - chopped
1 tsp of cumin powder
1 medium onion
2 cloves of garlic
½ cup of chickpea flour
Oil for shallow frying
Tahini dressing:
4 Tbsp of tahini
4 Tbsp of lemon juice
½ Tbsp of salt
1 Tbsp of honey
